@parker find an island?thats pretty wild... i mean i knew they owned almost all of it and called it crown land but i didnt realize it was literally all of it.california does the same thing, when an area seems cool or has minerals or whatever, or just is "by people" or an "emerging" township, they call it "unincorporated such and such county" which really is code for "we will be building here in 20-30 years, or just really slowly, we own all of the thing! (apparently).yeah grumble..
