       wellness check-ups .. sells, wefare checks (sic) are what poor people use to pay rent .and. what welfare departments use to catch cheaters .. word to the wise

       This is in response to all of the police "welfare checks" that end up making the situation worse. We're forming a council that will form training and logistics for local area providers.
