Imagine a communication system that is: * **Mathematically Certifiable**: Clear, precise, and unambiguous, much like the logic in coding or mathematics. This would mean that a statement, once translated into this layer, would carry an identical, verifiable meaning for anyone, anywhere. * **Context-Independent**: Unlike natural languages where words can mean a hundred different things, this layer would strip away subjective interpretation, ensuring foundational concepts are understood universally. * **Bridging AI and Humanity**: This universal layer would not only facilitate flawless human-to-human understanding but also serve as a perfect bridge for communicating with AI, ensuring our creations truly understand our intent, free from human linguistic quirks.This isn't about sterilizing our beautiful cultural expressions, but about building a robust, common ground for shared understanding in critical areas: science, law, international agreements, and our interactions with advanced AI.
