Happy Epiphany, producers! It's the last day of Christmas season. The long and tedious march through the rest of this miserable winter begins next week. Looks like Easter is early this year, so hopefully it won't feel like an endless march towards spring, either.Anyway, January is the carnivore month, so has anyone taken on that?I thought I might start on Monday, and maybe extend it a bit further than just until the end of the month.I don't do it as a lifestyle but I do it once in a while.

@quirky Keeping my tree up until tomorrow - enjoying the lights one last day. Doing the carnivore thing but it is making me nauseous and I'm certain I'm not eating enough. Might have to add in a few carbs and vegetables. I really just want to cut sugar but trying to be supportive of the hubby who is doing full on carnivore.

@PrincessCityPearl Same here with the lights and Christmas decorations. Might stretch it until tomorrow night. As for carnivore, if you've done it less than a month or two after years of SAD then yes, it's likely just a carb hangover which will pass. Or maybe you ought to use some more salt or minerals. Or more variety with your spices besides salt. Not that doing ketovore with some cruciferous vegs and onions would be too bad, either. That's what I've done lately, apart from the few holidays.
