       @stux From an American perspective, it's:1. a population that gives a damn about cyclists;2. a government that gives a damn about its citizens, and isn't merely a proxy for the auto industry;3. far less lobbying influence over government.I loved that video. It reminds me why I so enjoy visiting Europe, and Delft in particular. The bicycle garages still blow my mind.
