       I live with someone who is a devote coffee drinker as long as you can't taste the coffee. It's not a perfect duplicate but the caramel macchiato creamer is constantly sold out. So I made a suitable stand in with a few ingredients on hand. It's not perfect but it works. Sweetened condensed milk, a liberal amount of caramel drizzle and a dash of vanilla extract. It actually came out pretty good and will save a good amount of money and "it was sold out" heartache in my house. :)

       I never used to have it on hand. I never even used it at all until a few months ago for a pie recipe. I've been seeing the benefits of it lol
