I sometimes wonder if Product folks ever bother to read app reviews. I see over and over again reviews reporting slow downs and buginess or simply crashes or apps not working after updates. The “ship it, if it’s wrong we’ll fix it later” mentality has to stop.

@apolaine Also an engineering miss there. That's a good indication that performance (and cross-browser) testing hasn't been incorporated into CI/CD pipelines so that every build released to prod is tested for that stuff. And that post-release observability may be lacking.Also, this is why I always make friends with the customer support folks when I start a new project. They're the ones that deal with actual complaints about things I've missed.
