@Akki There are a number of stegosaurs that have spikes rather than plates (or in addition to plates), such as Dacentrus, Kentrosaurus, and Loricatosaurus, but most of those have big shoulder spikes.Unfortunately, I don't know any of them well, or how they were depicated in the forgotten era these dinosaurs seem to be from. I suppose it might be Dacentrus?

@llewelly @Akki I believe Kentrosaurus was thought to have had the spike on its hip for a while. It was probably also treated most depicted of not-stegosauruses back in the day.
