       Honestly I don't really have a problem with people putting Minors DNI in their bio or whatever. Like, idunno, I get why there might be a gap of experience between you, an adult, and some random child on social media that you don't really want to deal with, free country. I have to wait like a year and a half to follow some accounts on here, big deal.I *do* have a problem with MDNI folks interacting with minors though, because, like, uh, you know, that's not what your bio says, buddy. I *do* feel like Fedi is actively harmful towards minors but that's only because of the staggering number of actual unironic pedophiles on here. Like, I have seen literally four fucking people on my side of Fedi turn out to be groomers in one year, and because of the anarchic federated system there's no real way to ban them forever.And that's not even discussing the sheer deluge of weird horny sexpest replies literal children I am mutuals with have recieved in like, idk, the last two months? Y'all have a serious groomer problem.

       And, like, sorry for the subpost but I've seen some people on here bemoan having to read people's bio to see if they're MDNI before favoriting/boosting, and like, are we supposed to do that? Follows, sure, but whenever I see a funny post I boost it, if the person that posted it doesn't like me doing that they can just block me or post followers-only.
