In the morning, everybody, it's showday! Listening live and slaving away at some porkchops. Mother got us a "Ninja" grill thing and I'm firing it up for the first time in a few minutes. It has a "Smoker" function but I'm not sure if I'd call it a smoker, so we'll see. Hopefully, I'll remember to post another photo and review here in a few hours.

@aighead That Cake thing looked like a guitar pick, making me think it said "Cake Center" which made me think there's a retail store that sold baking supplies to wanna-be bakers.

Not too shabby. I went from around 210 degrees, smoking this pork chop, then when it was already safe temperature I cranked it up to 700 degrees. It's not overcooked but it's close. All in all, a tasty chop!
