       @noagendashownoteslinks Exemption #1: The toll may not be charged at any time public transit is closed or out of service. People who commute one way while public transit is unavailable can apply for exemption for the other direction as well.If it is after BART/Muni is closed for the day, or a line is out of service or station closed for police action then no road toll.
