       starting to think a lot of people who hate the general concept of technological progress are just weird ableist boomers. this shit is just "iphone bad" dressed up as anticapitalist thought, and it's exactly as dumb as that sounds. yes, a lot of technological progress has been hijacked by capitalism to extract more profits. but you can't fucking ignore that a lot of technological progress has also SIGNIFICANTLY improved the quality of life for disabled people. maybe don't throw the accessibility tools out with the bathwater???
