       Funnyplaying Game Boy is a #GameBoy reimplementation based on #Gowin #FPGA. It looks like it supports Gameboy cardridges. No informations about the FPGA model used. It could be fun to change the FPGA bitstream but keeping this box/screen.        @popolon Someone mentioned the part num on youtube:"indroraFor those interested:The chip is a GOWIN GW2ARLV18EQ144PC/7 20kLUT 144pin QFP package Aora SRAM based FPGA. It's a pretty nice little FPGA and with the right fingerpokening you could get it to do some Cool Stuff.        @bbbbbr Thank you! Looks like it is a model similar to the one on two boards from Sipeed  (Tang Nano 20K (~30€/27$) and Tang Primer 20K (https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005005340037488.html) (25€ the core module, or until 45€ with dev dock))And this FPGA is (at least partially) managed by Yosys Gowin module apicula now. I already have a Tang Nano 9K, I will try to do something with it. Only tried very little basic tests (grid, sprites, some minimal effects) for now. I started to learn sound generator this week, a domain I didn't exploded at all. Would be fun to have a console with today FPGA capabilities & devtools, I believe the ~6502 and it's PPU/soundchip can be easily surpassed with some minimalistic RISCV32bits + hand made GPU & PSG.
