TIL a corporation can "own" a color. It's been reported that T-Mobile has filed the most law suits for using a trademarked color.https://thehustle.co/can-a-corporation-trademark-a-color/amp/#til #todayilearnedhttps://www.reddit.com/r/todayilearned/comments/18awsnn/til_a_corporation_can_own_a_color_its_been/

@todayilearned The filing for ownership of a color or a logo is via the Tradmarks branch of the Copyrights Office. Print patterns, oddly enough, are patented.

@todayilearned They’re “owned” only as far as Trademark is concerned. I can use T-Mobile pink for my supermarket or branded pants without fear of lawsuit because neither of those are telecommunications.
