@lowqualityfacts It's actually 911 and then 1 because if you dial, the answering machine will prompt you: 1 for SWAT, 2 for operator.

@lowqualityfacts Kinda … first you have ignore the voice coming out of the phone while saying “operator,” “Agent,” “HUMAN” (progressively louder). Then shout “I’m gonna kill someone,” and then leave the line open and walk away from the phone.
