       PSA for #Cue tests:- The reader will not update firmware if it doesn't think it's plugged in- The provided power brick may be insufficient to charge a reader with a completely flat battery; use a beefier USB-C power source. MacBook Pro charger worked for me- The reader will refuse to run tests that have expired- Cue support will tell you to charge for 3 hours before trying anything else, and it takes half an hour of arguing to get them to move past that#CovidIsNotOver #ZeroCovid #Covid
