       This is good advice, and it needs to be repeated again and again.Also: it took me YEARS to understand any of this, and it's still something I struggle with.(And it is also highly probable Lao Tzu said nothing of the sort - but it is still good advice)

       And, yeah, it has been a stressful day.All I want right now is a big decadent pot of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles on top and off to bed.And I have to skip the ice cream. 😦
