       A little advice for anyone who wants to lose weight or keep it off. Put lines on your belt where you started and how much progress you’ve made. There were months on there as well but they came off. Also, when keeping it off it lets you know when you’re getting a bit off track. I’ll fast then for a day or just skip a meal.

       @Jonh I did that with fat kids when I was a drill sergeant.  Basic Training melts the inches off the waist line.
