A little advice for anyone who wants to lose weight or keep it off. Put lines on your belt where you started and how much progress you’ve made. There were months on there as well but they came off. Also, when keeping it off it lets you know when you’re getting a bit off track. I’ll fast then for a day or just skip a meal.

I’d like to ask any of the old timers on here a question. Did people used to whistle in public more? I do it from time to time and it seems like people think I’m making a faux pas. I feel like when I was a kid it was more ubiquitous

@ringo When I got my first real job in my 20s there was an old guy there in his 80s, only had a year left or so but he was always whistling, humming and singing. I think it’s something that used to be more common
