       @josh @joepie91 wasting energy to generate moving air in order to displace leaves, of all things, from one place to another always dumbfounded me. Rakes exist, unless you are working with dangerous or impossible to walk on grounds, and you are able enough to carry a leaf blower, you can also handle a rake (exemptions for those that are unable for some physical reason, of course, I'm not trying to be ableist, far from it, my knees don't allow me to pull weeds' roots, so I use a burner+burner).

       @jt_rebelo @joepie91 also the noiseI'm sure I remember reading somewhere that they are almost optimised to produce the most irritating frequencies of sound to cause auditory discomfort
