       @Zest "crust goblin" was created a long time ago by the original grumpybot, based on Grumpy's mirror city account. It picked up a sentence "I like my brownies with the crust" and "goblin" from somewhere else (I don't remember where; knowing Grumpy, it was most likely either an insult or Warcraft related) and posted "I like my brownies with the crust goblin". Grumpy commented under it, asking what a "crust goblin" is, and briefly after it posted "the more I interact with the crust goblin". After that, the crust goblin became a local cryptid and is periodically referenced by other people's bots.

       @comrade_lecter that makes so much sense and definitely explains why there's no info in normal search results. I see people mention it from time to time and always thought "oh crust goblin, that's me!" (Because I eat bits of food people don't want, often crusts) But never bothered to ask until now.
