My goals have been the same month after month, as I've had projects eat away at almost all of my time.I hope to be able to finish the current Wand Smoke: Discourses story I'm most of the way through. It is a kind of reboot of Kashim's origin story from when I originally added him to Salt, Sand, and Blood.Now, this is the second Discourse, so technically this isn't an origin story, but it does correspond to his origins in my first novel.This project has been really hard, as I've framed it around arguments between a bunch of eastern philosophers (The Seven Scholars). Coming to my own conclusions to their conflicting positions which have been an influence on me personally takes a ton of writing, reflecting, then revising as my mind works over the ideas again and again.Then I have to wait for Kashim's means of working these things out to come to me, assuming he comes to the same conclusions I do (he doesn't always).

Ah, the usual.I should be averaging ~200 words a day, or 6000 words this month, meaning I might actually hope to finish the WIP before Christmas.Edit after new Years.

I don’t have any. Most of this year has been shot in keeping any wiring goals. I had planned on trying to write “Sherlock Homeboi” on a whim but seeming how October was like, I doubt November will offer any free time 😪

Finish all of the Cassius chapters (three left), which means also finishing all the Rifun chapters in between. So...six chapters. Pretty ambitious for the month, so we'll see what happens.

Thankfully December will be awesome for me since that will cause free time and I'll probably try to get more chapters done for Reel Life. But for November, probably finish up an editing thing for a friend. Have 8 chapters left but barely get time to sit down with it where my brain can function. Long days and short mornings.

I want to write something that will be a good story. I have a list of story ideas, and my brain isn't working right, so it's difficult to write. Maybe I'll cough out something for NaNoWriMo though

I might try to write a new story I have in mind pretty soon, but I need to have enough confidence to publish my story regardless of whether I get views or not.
