       huh it looks like my router, which was supplied by my ISP has an open ftp port but my admin account on the router doesn't have perms to read any directories.  That's not suspicious at all.its probably just for firmware updates but it seems anybody the login can potentially do anything they want to my router without my knowledge.  Even if all they can do is overwrite the firmware that still gives them ability to add a backdoor.Also i checked, the port is open to the internet not just the LAN
