Belgium: Thanks. Sympathy for proposal, still investigating balance between child protection & privacy. Balance of privacy & security is a delicate one. Make the proposal a priority during next presidency (starting Jan 1).(Skipping sorry for victims of recent terrorist attack, every country mentioned something for that)Italy: Don't believe proposal causes problems but appreciates compromise suggestions by Commission, in favor of quickest approval of regulation

Eurobarometer poll shows strong public support (80%). Have vocal "other" advocates, but need to listen to silent majority.
