       @TheEvilSkeleton @nekohayo remember, there have been forks of complete distro or DE because they didn't like some packages.Like systemd. Or gnome-shell.And then years later have to reinvent the wheel and upstream app developers have to deal with their b.s.

       @TheEvilSkeleton @usebottles I guess users sometimes feel like the co-creating conductors of the development orchestra. 🫣 Maybe developers should not take such feedback too personally, but use it solely for decision making. Something else from someone who's not a developer, just out of interest: Is it generally more fun to maintain an app with #electron than with #gtk4 / #libadwaita? PD: If I'm not mistaken, @mirkobrombin is planning to work on a new GTK4 based frontend later on.
