I’m upset that developers prefer to recreate projects from scratch to achieve the same goals, instead of collaborating, communicating, informing themselves, resulting in duplicated effort and more confusion. The older I get, the more I realize that the mentality and way of acting of most developers will always be the same and they seem to act blindfolded.I wrote an article about this topic some months ago. https://mirko.pm/blog/opensource-the-wrong-way/#FOSS

It’s not possible that a developer, a person, can’t simply share what they’re working on without someone jumping into the comments to bust their balls over something that, objectively, nobody actually cares about.
