I've been going probably 5x faster building a Rails app using GPT-4 for questions and code generation. I think if you know the fundamentals, but forget syntax (like a lot of us!) these things are *massively* helpful. cc @simon echoing your experienceAlso a request: anyone know good ways to streamline feeding in application context (eg existing code)?

@allafarce @simon What level of familiarity did you have with Ruby and Rails when you started? (Meaning: 5x compared to what?)

@mogul @simon Quite a bit but I hadn't been coding day to day in some time.

@allafarce @mogul I'm really enjoying that aspect of it: if you "know" some technology but you're out of practice it completely compensates for your rustiness

@simon @allafarce @mogul Agree! I don't get to write much python any more, but last week I hacked away for a bit and every time I hit an error I just tossed it into ChatGPT instead of Googling. Got me moving so much faster.
