       I rode 13 centuries (100+mile bike rides) this year, despite missing 2 months due to Covid. All summer I averaged about 200 miles a week. I've ridden almost 5,000 miles in 2023, even though I was bed-ridden all of April and much of May. But now the temperature has dropped to the 50's Fahrenheit and I'm slammed into hibernation mode, and just pedaling to the post office and back is more than enough exercise for one chilly day. Time to fatten up for the Winter!
