       @dick_turpin I'll always remember a customer complaining and demanding their money back because their laptop went flat and we'd "told them it was wireless" and if it was wireless then they wouldn't have to charge it, should they?

       @LewisWorkshop LOLNot had that one. I did have a guy years ago who phoned complaining that he couldn't get on the Internet at work, but also work phoned saying their network was down.The dipshit had taken his router from home (Which issued DHCP) to work, plugged it into the network and then plugged his laptop into the router from home. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
