       Mastodons annual report is out.My main takeaway is how utterly little money there was needed and also invested into this project given its huge vision and potential.        @Mastodon Of course Mastodon is not Mastodon. I’ve supported some client apps, have some far procrastinated on supporting the instance, there’s mastodon GmbH and possibly an activity pub layer. Still. I wonder whether clearer support tiers might allow for more support?Maybe this is the job for some non-coders to grow the whole project. Think some pro Fediverse community that offers the usual subscription things and channels most of the money forward to various programs?
