Here in the #Netherlands, we have "people" that rather burn down houses then let ukrainian refugees stay there..Simple minded racists that only think about themselves, it's fcking disgustingI suggest we send them to the front for a few months 💪

@stux Here in the United States we have "people" who decide the fate of other people's children in military service and other nations' children as "wartime casualties."Having served in the military from 1992 to 1996 (Desert Shield, Desert Storm), I truly think Americans should have mandatory service (or civilian social service if they are conscientious objectors).It is far easier to hate others if you've never seen them. It's far easier to gamble with others' lives than with your own.

@rominator It's a small part but unfort they are loud.. :sadlinux: Currently we have to pass a law to "spread" refugees over the country since there are always just a few places that allow them while there's space elsewhere

@stux I wonder, do you see ukrainians begging on the streets? Because, I am pretty certain, that the vast majority is working and trying to assimilate with society, by learnign language for example. I know it might sound conceited, but ukrainians are not the kind of people who would sit on their ass all day.
