       Thank you to Canada's Chief Public Health Officer, Dr. Theresa Tam for wearing a high quality mask at UNGA.  Though it's extreme cognitive dissonance that no one else is wearing a mask at a high-level pandemic prevention meeting in NYC, where COVID-19 levels are high.

       @luckytran unfortunately health in Canada is a provincial matter. I wish all her provincial counterparts felt the same. Ours says handwashing is the best way to prevent Covid (denying paxlovid to ill under-80s; denying boosters to under-65s for the past year, even as almost all under 60 have been infected in or via schools in an attempt to build “robust hybrid immunity.”) We will learn about access to the new Moderna vax “in the coming months.” No masks in hospitals, either.
