Fun fact: Android 14's webcam feature works with ANY platform that supports USB webcams, including Android itself! Yes, that means you can use one Android phone as a webcam for another, though I have no idea why you'd want to do that. For more details on how this feature works: https://www.esper.io/blog/android-14-adds-support-for-using-your-smartphone-as-a-webcam

@MishaalRahman does that mean I could use an android phone as a webcam for a SteamDeck?

@MishaalRahmanOne use-case that comes to my mind is using my private Pixel's superior cameras for video conferencing with my company's crappy Samsung A51.Of course I could just shrug away the lousy image quality and use the company phone's camera. The other way would be a better idea: Using the superior camera of a company phone as a webcam for the cheap private phone for online TTRPG sessions.Seems like a matter of priorities obviously 😉

@MishaalRahman what could be nice, is if you could use a network stream (GoPro UDP protocol, Olympus protocol, RTSP, etc) and share that as a USB camera
