@lowqualityfacts wow. My header goes out to all the men who no longer have the $5,000 left. This experiment clearly shows that UBI needs to be $100,000 per month so that these men can spend $99,800/month on Magic: The Gathering cards and $200 on other expenses. Amazing!

@lowqualityfacts The age period that defines middle age is somewhat arbitrary, differing greatly from person to person, it is generally defined as being between the ages of 40 and 60.No-one said those middle-aged men were poor. They just gained 5,000 dollars.I would spend it all on the one thing I have unhealthy obsession with...Survival.I would be able to pay a few medical bills, taxes, and buy socks with that EXTRA money.Or, maybe I should stop obsessing and just get stoned. š¤Ŗ

@lowqualityfacts to test what ordinary people would do with money, they gave money to a person with an unhealthy obsession (obsession, Carl, an unhealthy one!). Then the person predictably spent money towards the obsession object ( because it had an unhealthy obsession). And so the conclusion is: any person would act the same way if they got money. Pure logic!

@lowqualityfacts Had they given the money to me, it would have gone towards gambling AND friendship. I would have spent it at Deadwood at the $1blackjack tables, one dollar at a time, until I was a close personal friend of all of the dealers.
