       OK, so an attack is not likely to be steering cars across a city, but an attack that at the same time bricks tens of thousands of cars and trucks and blocks all the highways is not far-fetched.

       @kentindell You don’t have to drive 100 cars INTO a hospital to make it unusable, you just have to drive 100 cars to all the entrances at once and brick them for people to die.
