       Feeling very proud of my country (#Scotland) today; the so-called “lord advocate” has given the green light on safe consumption rooms. If you live in Scotland and have a drug problem, you will no longer be forced to use somewhere unclean and unsafe if you have nowhere else to go. The net result is less deaths and more regular contact with people who can help you. This is exactly the sort of policy needed to end the drug war.
