@LupusGelupus @mayonesa @Herbivore i imagine many of the same criteria as for animals do - low meat diet, low grain diet. i dont know the influence of exercise on meat quality. marbling is a desired quality, probably tied to BMI

@LupusGelupus @errante @Herbivore I would just look at them. Good muscle definition, a reasonable amount of fat, general overall health... you know, just like we do with livestock.Skinny people have to be slow-cooked and you might have to add bacon fat or beef tallow to mellow the meat.
