With Org-mode, we have many types of blocks. Source, quote, example, etc.But how can I define new one ? How can I define how they render in HTML, LaTeX, etc ?#OrgMode #Emacs

@fox you might be looking for org-special-blocks. No experience with it, though.https://alhassy.com/org-special-block-extras/

@fox You can use #+BEGIN_myblock ... #END_myblock It will be a <div class="myblock"> in HTML and an environment in LaTeX.

@fox To define how a block is rendered, there is no need to define a block. Define an export back-end. Defining new blocks may not be supported. It certainly wasn’t some years ago but now there are greater blocks, which see. I’m using an older Org without support for them.

@akater I will take a look. But defining a new backend could be a little too much.

@epakai Thank you.Maybe a little too much for what I want to do, but I will read it for the usage of advice. It's a subject that interest me.

@DarkBuffalo Babel est prévue pour du code source.Ce que je voulais faire, c'est créer de nouveau types de bloques. Par exemple un bloque "question" et un bloque "réponse".
