@epakai Thank you.Since my original post, I was thinking of another solution:* Write each web page as an org-mode document* Add an org-publish-project-alist item: For each org-mode document, export to HTML, with an automatically generated index.org* Create an org-mode document called book.org, that will include each org-mode document and set export filename* The publish item for web pages exclude book.org*Add a publish item that will create a PDF from only book.org

@DarkBuffalo Babel est prévue pour du code source.Ce que je voulais faire, c'est créer de nouveau types de bloques. Par exemple un bloque "question" et un bloque "réponse".

Wanted to give another try to my reading list in Org-mode.But, I remember why I have stopped last time: I cannot decide how do I manage book series with multiple volumes ?1 headline per volume or one per series ?If 1 per series, how track volume progression or total ?If 1 per volume, do I create 1 headline to group them ? How about redundant data ? How about column view when you have a mix of 2 and 3 level representation plus notes inside book headline ?Any advice ?#OrgMode #Emacs

Reading list in Org-mode:I finally choose to use one headline per book.Set the book author, editor, genre, type, volume n°, etc as headline property.For read status, I use my TODO/IN-PROGRESS/DONE status.For meta infos, like "to by", "borrowed" or "lent", I use tags.For capturing new book, I use Org-capture with a template that put the book at the bottom of my reading list.If I got multiple volumes in one series, I create a headline to group themes.If I want to add notes on a book, I first add to it a subsection called "Notes" with the tag "notes". Like that, when I create a column-view, or any other search with org-ql, I can exclude my notes.BUT, their is one thing I didn't found a solution: How can I easily capture multiple volumes in one time without repetition ?#OrgMode#Emacs

Solution found:For Python 3.12, distutils package is removed:https://docs.python.org/3.12/whatsnew/3.12.htmlSo, you need to install setuptools in the virtualenv Elpy have created.In your terminal:cd ~/.emacs.d/elpy/rpc-venv/source bin/activatepip install setuptoolsThen, from Emacs, run M-x elpy-setup.And voilà.
