       The great thing about holidays is that you get to go out and see/do things that you wouldn’t normally. The downside is so do all the other holiday makers. Unfortunately people are gross. Anyway, guess who now has #covid 🤦‍♂️

       @tek it feels like my immune system has decided to try and speed run the symptom list. I think it has managed to hit every single one of them in the space of 48 hours. Not been a fun 2 days but I’m on the mend at least. My wife has it lingering though and is currently muttering about how she “hates my immune system”

       @catbuttes Ugh, and ugh. I took the antivirals and recovered faster than Mrs Tek, but our biggest complaint was that we were exhausted.

       @tek I fully get the exhausted thing. I decided I felt (mostly) fine and was going to work from home yesterday. By the end of the day I was more exhausted than I have ever been - including the weeks after 5yo was born! Decided to take today off sick and am glad I did. Kids aren’t well and just trying to look after them has me exhausted again.
