Folks I need recommendations. I need remineralising (specifically high fluoride) mouthwash and toothpaste that ISNT blisteringly minty. Regular toothpaste and mouthwash burns and I hate it, so then I don't use them. I've been using baby toothpaste which is not cutting it. It really sucks, everything I find is only for children but I need an adult amount of fluoride. #NEISvoid #ActuallyAutistic #Neurodivergent #Neurodiverse #dentistry #disabled #disability

@essie_is_okay You could try Kingfisher toothpaste I dont know if it is high fluoride but they do have a version of their Fennel toothpaste with fluoride in it. I have only tried the non fluoride version and that was pretty mild so would expect similar.Maybe this helps: "The level of fluoride in our Mint and Fennel Fluoride toothpastes is 1450 parts per million. "Kingfisher is based mainly in the UK but can be stocked elsewhere in the world as well eg here:https://www.vivehealth.com.au/Kingfisher-Natural-Toothpaste-Fennel-WITH-Fluoride-100ml.html

@radicalresilience Thank you! 1450 ppm fluoride is perfect. I'll look into it.

@essie_is_okay Its really my favourite toothpaste, used the non fluoride one for years. But due to neglecting brushing sometimes for months on end in younger years I start to get problems now so have also started to use fluoride again and had good results with Parodontax. Its true that its a strong taste but not minty.
