@tek i just noticed that a post i made yesterday has disappeared. it noted that natural immunity is superior to vaccination for preventing covid19, including a link to the scientific Oxford study making the conclusion. do you know who removed it, and why?

@Archilochus That was me, and I apologize that the explanation may have gotten lost in the process. I never delete things without saying why.In this case, it violates our COVID 19 misinformation policy. While a few studies have suggested natural immunity *may* be a little more effective, many have shown otherwise, and in all cases vaccination immunity is safer to acquire. See https://www.nebraskamed.com/COVID/covid-19-studies-natural-immunity-versus-vaccination for a good explanation that goes into more depth.

@tek i did actually check the policy here beforehand."Effective immediately, medical advice regarding COVID-19 not sourced from legitimate scientific or medical outlets is forbidden content. If you see someone advocating essential oils or colloidal silver or other junk quackery, please report it."i wasn't giving medical advice. it was sourced from a legitimate scientific outlet.i did read the page you cited. it concedes that natural immunity can be effective.
