       @webmink Yeah I hate it when companies rolls back these types of things. Makes me look like an idiot after spending a good deal of the coffeebreak ranting about it and then when I try to show my co-workers the proof it is not there ;-)Thanks for keeping the record strait so that I do not have to appear as the "old man yelling at clouds" that I'm probably am.

       @webmink I’ve been trying to get a refund for my year subscription that I started in July (I know it is a long shot, no reply guys please) and they sent their marketing blurb “we don’t use your data for AI anymore”. I told them as long as you can use my personal data for any “product research and development” you deem necessary (in their privacy agreement) and you can change the ToS anytime without notification, you haven’t really changed anything and you’re lying about it.        @webmink Yes, definitely. It is one thing to fall off the trust thermocline and make a good-faith effort to win that trust back, but to lie and not really change anything? That’s when your customers start to actively work against you (publicity, telling others to not use Zoom). #Enshittification is a heck of a drug…
