       Well, now that I took the box of CDs from the attic I suppose I'll see if they are still readable and create ISO images from them...edit - I'm impressed.  I've had music CDs failing after 10 years, and I've already taken two ISO images out of six without any errors.

       Anyway I spoke too soon.  CD4 is badly scratched and has 19 uncorrectable errors.Will try with a different drive to see if it can read some of these sectors.
