Honk 1.0 changed images to lazy loading. i.e., images farther down the page don't load until you scroll near them, and then (hopefully) the browser loads them as they come into view. Saves some bandwidth, processing time, etc. It usually works, unless your network drops out between page fetch and scroll, or something else bad happens, at which point it's too late to go back and fetch what's missing. But I'm pleased to announce there's an option to disable this feature: switch to firefox. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1647077

@tedu I patched in lazy loading quite a while ago and even with 1.0, it's fine for me on FF

@petersanchez ha, so they fixed it, but didn't close the bug.

@tedu I like it, but occasionally there's a scroll jump. Maybe just on my phone.

@knapjack I was looking for a bit more info on implementation, because I've noticed the same, but only after refresh and scroll down. If you skip past the images, they don't get loaded until you scroll up, but that causes bouncing.
