       @stux A second Civil War would require a second Confederacy, or some similar rogue government capable of raising funds, organizing an army, and defending territory.Problem is, America's would-be rebels aren't concentrated in the Southern states like last time. And the modern US military is much more formidable.The coming crisis will probably be an escalating series of terrorist attacks by so-called accelerationists hoping to start a civil war.
