       @sammi @jeffcliff Oh wow, do you work in anti customer stuff? If so, please tell me: is the bullshit all-encompassing or more of a side venture?  I always wondered what people that engineer stuff like "smart bulbs" think, is there some cocaine-train or is it straightforward "we will make them suffer"?
