Had printing issues on the battery case spacer. The tall, thin ends messed up (new nozzle fixed it). I cut them off and thought of just printing the end pieces laying down. Decided instead to redesign so the handle spacers would be completely separate so the handles wouldn't be dependent on the spacer. Plus found that the cells were really tight on the ends so I made the opening .5 mm wider on each side. Handles and backers done, reprinting the spacer now.

       And, I only had 10mm & 16mm screws. 10 too short, 16 too long. Ordered some 14mm ones...coming today.

@Tankenator Yeah, I have something to do that, but with many projects, its nice to have several different size screws. And they were only about $9 for 100 stainless steel screws.

@ParkerTechGuy im a machinist, so when setting up its not uncommon to have to cut em down. Ill usually just use a belt sander to grind them down a bit, doesnt usually take long, and can chamfer the edge at the same time

@Tankenator If I could get to my sander, I probably would have done that. This battery, plus one more like it will go in my shed to power an inverter. Also solar panels on the roof. Then I can finally get some of my power tools out there and use them.

@ParkerTechGuy it's always good to have a selection.
