       It'd be nice to see Musk bankrupted. More class action lawsuits: needed: Tesla owners are suing the co. over the “fraudulent” advertised driving ranges of its vehicles.        @KimPerales Well, if anything, Tesla will get bankrupted, not Musk. I wonder how exactly a Tesla bankruptcy is going to help Tesla owners. 🤷 Nothing wrong with going to court when there are allegations of fraud, but be a little more careful what you wish for.

       @intermobility I realize that Musk won't likely get bankrupted, but he should be harmed, at least financially, if not criminally, for all the fraud he's committed. Tesla should try to oust him.
