@lowqualityfacts Unfortunately this one is actually true. Go any further below and the only thing you'll see in your rear view mirror is the grill of an oversized pickup with their brights on flooding your other mirrors. Sometimes even going the speed limit still results in this. We are all required to go *EXACTLY* the speed that the person behind us wants us to go. And if someone gets in the way, well they better not.

@lowqualityfacts I mean, in a sense, yeah. I was always taught that the basic rule was to keep your own speed between 10mph under and 10mph over the posted limit, when safe to do so. Going 25 in a 60 can be just as dangerous as going 60 in a 25.

@lowqualityfacts Québec does have some signs that indicate a minimum speed limit. I live in the US now, and I do miss that. I sometimes see vehicles on the highway traveling so slowly that they are a danger to other drivers.
